Dancong tea is a variety of Oolong that has approx. 18 different aroma sub-varieties, each with its own unique flavour and characteristics. Pomelo Blossom (AKA You Hua Xiang) is a lighter style of Dancong Oolong, with flavour notes that sit somewhere between fruity and floral.
TASTING NOTES
A well balanced tea with a light floral aroma that opens up to reveal a sweet fruity and floral flavour. The rich, buttery smooth texture helps leave a lingering floral after-taste with a hint of fruitiness on your palate.
PREPARATION NOTES
Gong-Fu style (preferred method)

93 — 95 degrees Celsius

STORAGE
Proper tea storage is super important. Improper storage leads to flat, flavourless and potentially weird tasting tea. So as a rule of thumb, keep your tea leaves in an airtight container (the less air inside the better) and away from heat, light, moisture and strong odours.
